Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Pristine Oven Clean, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation Notice: More than 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 48 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
