Welcome to Pristine Oven Clean ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional oven cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Single and double oven cleaning

• Range cooker and hob cleaning

• Extractor fan and microwave cleaning

• Optional deep cleaning and door dismantling (additional fees may apply)

Please note: We do not clean SMEG, Cannon, or Flavel appliances due to known service limitations.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• If paying cash and you will not be present at the end of the clean, payment must be made before the service begins. Payment is required before the technician leaves the premises.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments. A deposit may be required for larger jobs.

• Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original booking (e.g., dismantling oven doors).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the booking value.

4. No-Show Policy

• If we arrive at your property at the scheduled time and are unable to gain access, or if no one is present and prior arrangements for entry have not been made, this will be considered a no-show. In such cases, a fee of 100% of the total booking value will be charged to cover lost time and travel costs.

• To avoid this, please ensure someone is available or that access instructions are provided in advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Notify us of any known issues with the appliance(s) prior to the appointment.

• Provide a safe working environment for our technicians.

• Parking must be available within 50 metres of the property, ideally on level ground for our dip tank equipment.

• If the appliance is non-functional or access is not possible, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• All Agas, Stanleys, Rayburns, and Everhots must be turned off the night before the clean. Failure to do so will result in a rebooking and a 50% fee.

6. Liability

• We take great care in delivering our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or faults in appliances.

• We are not responsible for any damage resulting from dismantling parts unless due to negligence.

• We are not liable for damage caused by customer misuse or failure to follow post-cleaning care instructions.

7. Customer Consent Regarding Photos

• With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your oven or appliances to document our work and showcase the quality of our services.
• These images may be used for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the condition of an appliance before or after cleaning, these photos may be used as evidence to help resolve the matter.
• We will never share any identifying details such as your name, address, or other personal information. If you prefer not to have photos taken or used, please let us know at the time of your appointment.​

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, illness, or equipment failure.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.​
